HSA and FSA accounts allow eligible individuals to use pre-tax dollars for qualified healthcare expenses. This means qualified customers may be able to purchase eligible SkyTights compression products using pre-tax funds, helping their healthcare dollars go further.

Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) allow you to set aside pre-tax dollars for eligible healthcare expenses.

If you're unsure whether you have an HSA or FSA account, check with your employer, benefits administrator, or insurance provider.

Yes, if qualified. Eligible SkyTights compression products include:

  • CabinComfort Compression Tights — 8–11 mmHg
  • CabinComfort Élevé Tights — 13–17 mmHg
  • Everyday Soft Compression Tights (70 Denier) — 13–17 mmHg
  • Everyday Soft Compression Tights (140 Denier)
  • SkyHigh Stay-Ups — 18–22 mmHg

Simply select Truemed as your payment option at checkout and use your HSA/FSA card as you would any other card.

If you don't have sufficient HSA/FSA funds to cover the entire eligible purchase, you may be able to split your payment between your HSA/FSA card and a regular credit or debit card.

Yes. If you'd prefer to use your regular credit card, simply select that option through Truemed checkout. After your purchase, Truemed will email you instructions on how to submit your receipt to your HSA/FSA administrator for reimbursement.

A Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN) is documentation from a qualified healthcare provider indicating that a product or service is being recommended to address an eligible medical need.

For qualified customers, Truemed facilitates the evaluation process and provides the appropriate documentation when applicable.

There is no cost to you for using Truemed when shopping with SkyTights.

You can use eligible HSA/FSA dollars throughout the year.

HSA funds generally roll over from year to year. FSA rules vary by plan, and some unused funds may expire at the end of the plan year. Check with your FSA administrator for your specific deadline and rollover rules.

Generally, it takes 2–5 hours. In some cases, Truemed's provider team may require additional time based on the information provided in your qualification survey.

Truemed's HSA/FSA services are intended for individuals who have an HSA or FSA account, or who plan to fund one during open enrollment.

You do not need an HSA or FSA to purchase SkyTights and can continue to shop using the other payment methods available at checkout.

Unfortunately, Truemed is currently available only in the United States. International customers can still shop SkyTights where shipping is available, but Truemed HSA/FSA reimbursement is currently limited to eligible U.S. customers.
